At Sky Park Farm we love to champion local suppliers and what better opportunity to shout out for our Sussex suppliers than Sussex Day! Celebrating the rich heritage and culture of Sussex, the event takes place annually on St Richard’s Day, 16th June. St Richard of Chichester is the patron saint of Sussex.

Hallgate Eggs

Based near Petworth, the team at Hall​​gate Farm are passionate about their beautiful free range hens! So much so, that after all their hard work producing delicious eggs, the hens enjoy retirement homes carefully sourced by Fresh Start For Hens, a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers dedicated to rehoming hens from the commercial sector. Hallgate Farm also sells duck and quail eggs.

Tinwood Sparkling Wine

Family run, Tinwood Estates has been producing sparkling wines since 2009 and have established a reputation for the very finest English sparkling wines. They’re passion for creating the best quality and taste is evident from the first sip you take.

Sussex Brie and Sussex Truffled Brie

Made by Alsop & Walker, with milk sourced from a local farmer and crafted using traditional and modern methods, these two cheeses are loved by customers. The Truffled Brie is a rich and decadent cheese, with truffled cream sandwiched between the delicious natural tasting Brie. The Brie, an award winning cheese has a fluffy white rind with a smooth interior the cheese is mellow with a hint of nuttiness and subtle tones of fresh mushrooms with a creamy and smooth finish.

Hepworth Brewery

Hepworths is an award winning brewer of Craft and contemporary beers made with the honed skills of craftsmen. Their success is attributable to the high quality of our ingredients, the traditional methods we employ and the long experience that results in the perfect pint.

A Taste of Dreams Cakes

Established in 2013, A Taste of Dreams Cakes set out on a mission to make the best range of cakes possible. How? Well, focusing on four key principles – quality, handmade, ethically produced and with a clear service focus. These artisan bakers make delicious cakes and bakes by hand with the best ingredients for all to enjoy.

These – and many other – flag bearers for Sussex food and drinks can be found in our Sky Park Farm Shop. Specialising in local premium produce, quality, provenance and sustainability are at the heart of what we do, cutting food miles and wasteful packaging while sharing the variety and taste of seasonal produce. The Farm Shop is open every day from 9am to 5pm.
