Visit the Farm Experience on Mondays throughout August and light up your little ones’ faces with free face painting in the Deer Hub.  

Face painting will be available 10am – 2pm on 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th August. It will take place in the Deer Hub on a first come first served basis and you can access the Deer Hub with your entry to the Farm Experience. Entry to the Farm Experience is through the Farm Experience car park or the Visitor Centre.

From 25th July – 4th September you can follow the new Explorer Trails along the Farm Trail. Changing fortnightly the Minibeasts, Deer and Birds Explorer Trails will all share educational facts. Six boards will be placed along the trail for you to search for with each board sharing an interesting fact and a trail letter. Put the letters of all six boards together and find the secret word! 

The Farm Experience is open 9am – 5pm seven days a week until 4th September.

Should you wish to have a meal during your visit, book in for breakfast or lunch in THE GRAZING ROOMS or the Courtyard. If you’d rather create your own picnic, pop over to the FARM SHOP & DELI where you can create your own lunch from the savoury pastries, Sally’s Subs and salads. The VISITOR CENTRE also has sandwiches, drinks and snacks as well as delicious ice creams! There are benches for taking a break or enjoying your picnic in the Adventure Playground, by the Dew Pond, by the River Rother and outside the Visitor Centre. 

At the Farm Experience you can see and feed the deer, let children roam free and create adventures in the Playground. Explore the Farm Trail and maybe take a break at one of the benches by the Dew Pond or River Rother and enjoy the beautiful views.
