Desire for local produce is flourishing, satisfying a surge in demand for sustainable food both on menus and on our shelves. We are spoiled by a fantastic array of first class local producers from Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey. We are delighted to be able to champion some of these suppliers throughout our menu and within the Farm Shop and Butcher. Our vision is to deliver 40% of our food offer from within 30 miles, with a further 40% from within Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex.
