The Cold Pressed Oil Company
The Cold Pressed Oil Company was founded in 2012 by Charlie Gardner, “To produce the best quality and flavoured cold pressed rapeseed oil possible”. Located in Hampshire, just 20 miles from Sky Park Farm, Cold Pressed Oil produces their oil from the fields that surround their processing plant, keeping food miles to a minimum. Multi-award winning, The Cold Pressed team knows every detail of their crops, watching them grow throughout the year and only selecting the ripest seeds to crush to ensure the highest quality of oil, year after year.
With its high smoke point and outstanding flavour, rapeseed oil is versatile for both hot and cold dishes and in The Grazing Rooms we use Cold Pressed rapeseed oil in our kitchen and it’s also available to buy in the Farm Shop.
