Dance for Life
We are thrilled to announce…
We have a new event starting at Sky Park Farm called Dance for Life, led by former GP, Dr Indika. Starting Sunday 9th February, these will take place monthly on Sundays, 9.30am-10.45am. More info and for booking go here.
What to expect in a Dance For Life event
Dr. Indika will intuitively guide you through free-form somatic movements, visualisations, and voice activations, helping you release deep-seated stress and overwhelm from your mind and body—all while having fun.
The music used will be a mixture of tribal drums, world and healing music with a holistic focus. The journey will include a beautiful yoga nidra to let the body and mind process all they have experienced, led by Helen Davis, an experienced clinical hypnotherapist and yoga teacher.
No prior dance or yoga experience is needed; there are no steps to follow and no postures to learn—this is about expressing yourself freely, connecting with your body and truly letting go.
