The Grazing Rooms is hosting its second Dinner Series on 25th March. The Dinner Series showcases our chefs under the talented direction of Matt Crow, Executive Chef. Each dish will provide a sensual journey of colour and flavour while the flavour and aroma of each wine is carefully chosen to enhance each dish. The sparkling wine is being supplied by Exton Park Vineyard and red and white wine by Hennings Wine.
The curated five course tasting menu will showcase seasonal flavours and champion local producers, providing culinary excellence in a relaxed atmosphere. Each course will be paired with a carefully chosen wine designed to enhance the flavour of the dish and perfectly accompany your meal. The Tasting Menu will cost £85 per person, including wine with each course. Tables are limited to six guests so be sure to reserve your table early to secure your place!
The evening will start from 6.30pm with a glass of local sparkling wine and an amuse-bouche. The courses will all be accompanied by tasting notes, sharing our chef’s vision and some background about the wine.The evening will finish at 10.30 pm.
